HIT OUT. The agile and compact version of HIT, a choreographic and musical project in which the jump rope is used as a percussive element to manifest embodied rhythms. After a year of athletic training supported by the Italian jumping community and sponsored by the strings of MarcRope – Make your cardio an art (Milan), Parini Secondo and Bienoise focus on the sound that the jumped string produces, examining its timbral possibilities. The on-stage jumpers perform a rhythmic score and choreographic ensemble in which single-under, side-swing and double-under are both athletic and musical elements: combined with voice and synthetic sounds they harmonize into a real hit. HIT/HIT OUT ennobles the intimate practice of training, elevating it to a performative action: the relentless succession of rope strikes echoes the rebellion against those forces that would require us to remain motionless, lying on the ground, with our eyes closed.

Lavanderia a Vapore Corso Pastrengo, 51 Collegno (TO)Parini Secondo is a company founded in 2017 by dancers Sissj Bassani, Martina Piazzi, Camilla Neri and Francesca Pizzagalli. E’ associate artist of the VAN Cultural Association and the Piccolo Teatro of Milan (2025-27). Challenging the relationship between art and originality, the group uses choreography to sublimate pop trends, embracing a strong formal rigor. The consolidated collaboration with the musician Alberto Ricca/Bienoise denotes the transversal approach to dance, understood as a rhythmic movement in very close relationship with music. After SPEED (2020), Parini Secondo produces HIT/HIT OUT(2024), with debuts at Bolzano Danza and Santarcangelo Festival and on tour in Italy, Europe, Taiwan, Canada, the United States and Japan. Winner of the Boarding Pass Plus residency program (2023), the SIAE – New Works (2023/24) and National and International Promotion (2024/25) call, as well as the Danza Urbana XL call (2025).
Bienoise is the art name of Alberto Ricca, an Italian electronic musician and composer known for his experimental and multidisciplinary approach to contemporary music. He has gained recognition through selective participations (Red Bull Music Academy), winning calls for performance creations and critical appreciation in the electronic and contemporary music scene.
