Before beginning any activity‚ it’s important to clean the space one works in. So you need to scrub the floor. While you’re washing the floor‚ you should be thinking only about that... totally concentrated.
Sometimes‚ though‚ concentrating too hard takes you out of your center‚ distracting you and thoughts are flying all over the place.

Francesca Cinalli has studied ballet‚ contemporary dance‚ contact improvisation and dance theatre with various renown teachers in Turin‚ Genoa and Paris.
In 2005 she received her diploma from IAT-GONG Biennial School of Traditional Arts in Genoa‚ Italy. She has collaborated as dancer/actress with Roberto Castello‚s company Aldes and with Alessandro Berti.
She was awarded as the best female performer for her solo dance-theatre performance “NIJI” by Spazio Ottoni 2006 in Turin.
Her productions have been hosted in various regions of Italy.
She has been a member of the Philosophical Technology Company since 1999.
